They are in a downtrend ATM... this is because there is a lot of sellers, and that packs require DEC or SPS to be sold into credits. My thought is that SPS will be worth a lot more than it is this time next year. DEC is meant to be pegged at $0.001, so it is far above peg (still going down at the moment).
