Nobody really knows when the best time to buy is. I have been putting more money into it since $1.20. I bought more at $0.61 and more again at $0.55. If it keeps going down I will buy more. I feel that it is set for a run up soon.

CUB started in March and for the most part has just gone down in price, so it is like the beginning right here.
