You are looking at a screen shot of what it looks like to author a post. You can see that this author has 1 beneficiary set. You can do this by clicking the "Advanced settings" button.
Now that you are in "advanced settings" you can see how I set up this post. I added a beneficiary, @pob-fund and selected how much of the post rewards I should give. I chose 50%.
Now, just write the post and BOOM, you have helped support development on Proof of Brain.
