This is a cool project that I am working on right now. It is a garage with a loft. This photo is taken from inside the loft trusses as I am putting down the sub-floor.
It is a really cool concept, the handyman hustle, not loft trusses (although they are cool too). If I was working full time, I would be stuck on a job, and that job would pay me. When I am free, taking whatever work I feel like taking... I am free to take these cool jobs (which tend to take less time, and pay better).
This is a no brainer.
