What causes delegated steem power to go up or down, when you still have the steem power delegated since account creation? Sometimes you look and the amount is above what it used to be and sometimes below.
I know as real SP undelegated goes up then delegated from the account creation goes down to 0 as you go up to 15.0 SP but if your real SP goes up by 0.1 per week, delegated can go up or down almost randomly, I'm not sure why
