My view is children never asked to be here that was the parents choice, so it seems odd to me if parents then withdraw their financial support.
We wouldn't stop their emotional support now would we?
I have 3 adult girls that are financially independent but occasionally they may have a bad month or need a bump of cash to help them out.
It is my duty to make sure as their father they are supported whenever they need it no matter how old they are and what they need.
Some of my children now have children of their own, these are our grand children and as much as i would not see my children suffer nor do i want to see them suffer either.
My children know no matter what they need mum and dad will be here for them till the day we die for all support.
