I am in my menopause and it sucks. I am with a homeopath that keeps my hormones more or less okay but the hotflushes are still here. I tried a hormone pill from the doctor which worked wonders and then a month later ended up in hospital with a bloodclot in my lung, so there goes that idea. I love winter, even then I am still hot...
