Hey guys this is my first post on steemit...I'm just writing this so i can get better at blogging and telling my experience
I heard about cold shower from months ago in bodybuilding and fitness related videos and i watched some videos about it that they talk about the benefits.
I didn't go with "really cold water" like some people say it should be coldest
but it was cold xD
I tried it and i liked it because i was something like more awake or sharper.
I read that it will make you feel uncomfortable and your body doesn't like it.
But I've experienced the opposite, my heart beat is like 90bpm most of the time at rest and it wasn't beating like crazy !
since it stresses the body i was sharper and my body temperature was colder than it is usually ( i can't explain it in words but i just feel warm and sweat and my temperature is high)...i have skin problems like acne but it is too early to say anything about it, but i hope to see improvements.
i will keep going with cold showers to see how it goes
