From the United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration comes this cracker picture of the NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer, sailing away, presumably from a type of buoy, with camera mounted thereupon. There's even water sploshing over the side of the lens. How good! Just imagine being in this situation. Standing (or clinging desperately) onto that precarious structure!
