Ingredients
250 g peaches in syrup
200 g frozen berries
200g dark chocolate
1 and 1/2 can of condensed milk
8 dl cream
16 sheets gelatin
1 tablespoon (coffee) vanilla extract
oil for greasing
Method of Preparation
1- Grease a big way with oil. Apart divide the condensed milk for 4 bowls in 4 equal parts. Soak 4 sheets of gelatin, drain them and melt in the microwave without boiling. Beat 2 dl of cream, add 1/4 of condensed milk and wrap, add the vanilla and the gelatin sheets. Pour in the form and place in the freezer 1 hour.
2.2- Soak other 4 sheets of gelatin, and melt them in the same way. Melt chocolate in double boiler, add the gelatin and wrap. Beat 2 dl of cream into whipped cream, add another 1/4 of condensed milk and wrap the prepared chocolate. Pour into shape and then to carry the freezer for 1 hour.
3.3-Soak again 4 gelatin leaves and melt. Drain the peach syrup, mash it well and add the gelatin sheets. Beat 2 dl of cream into whipped cream, add 1/4 of condensed milk and fold in peaches. Pour over the prepared chocolate and place in the freezer 1 hour.
4.4-Finally soak the last 4 sheets of gelatin and melt. Whizz frozen berries. Beat the remaining 2 dl of cream, add the gelatin leaves and wrap the fruit. Pour over frozen peach layer and light to the freezer 1 hour. Untold and serve to taste.
