Yes totally agree with that also.
The cost of housing and rents need to be regulated first, as in my opinion this is the root cause of all this. Their are so many empty houses just being bought up sit empty until the market price goes up. To much movement on house prices is not good for those wanting a home to live in for the rest of there lives. this is ok for the investors that call homes properties instead of homes. even heard of people getting evicted by greedy landlords after contract runs out so they can increase rents exponentially. Take London for example.
