Well, for me I had everything I want to do planned out before hand. From secondary school days, I had my plans to study Medicine and Surgery and by God's grace I achieved that. Even though along the line, I tried out things outside my field, but they were just side attractions. There is a main focus.

However, I once attended an inaugural lecture by a University professor titled 'Jack of all trades, master of all'. And from there, I got an insight that one can actually do many things and still be good at them.
