YOU MUST SET DOMAIN NAME ON YOUR ROUTER WITH BELOW COMMAND:
router#conf t
router(config)#ip domain name [must set domain name if you dont have any domain name in your network not important just type the desired name]
YOU MUST SET RSA KEY WITH BELOW COMMAND:
router#conf t
router(config)#crypto key generate rsa [after the press enter key you must Choose the size of the key modulus]
General Purpose Keys. Choosing a key modulus greater than 512 may take
a few minutes.

router(config)#line vty 0 15
