I think many people start with addiction when they start a job and I include myself, because it is a new experience or they have a complicated economic situation.

But I am aware that when passing or overcoming that stage we have to give it priority or at least divide it with other important aspects in our life, such as family and our own mental health.

Always keeping in mind that everything in excess is harmful.
