Thanks soo much for the comment. This hummus is light and full of delicious spicy, smoky, peppery flavor. Cilantro and jalapeno together is one of my favorite flavor profiles of all time. The herbaceousness of the cilantro when paired with the spicy jalapeño pepper is an explosion that dances over your taste buds with ease. One of the best appetizers. This is my latest obsession :)
