What's Financial Risk?
This is understood to mean putting your money and resources like time and energy in a business or investment that should yield profit but may not if all things don't go well.
But then I think, is there any thing you do must go well and cannot be affected by time and unforeseen circumstances?
Note: Risk is not foolishness. Every business is made to yield profit. Investing in a business plan when you don't know how the owner makes his profit, is foolishness.
It is a risk though to invest your resources in a promising business that may not succeed if "customers do not patronize". So see practical evidence of it's success before you 'risk', if you choose.
Is Financial Risk Worth Taking?
Well, if the business fails you will loose. If the business succeeds, you'd be part of the investors or the sole investor and earn big.
A beautiful fact about many investments is that they yield income continuously and not just for a time. If you do not risk to invest you'd be getting your normal income which may be subject to unforeseen circumstances in future and poof! you are in deep shit!
So in life it is risky not to take risks.
So What will you choose, to take the risk or not?
The convenient choice now may put you in bigger risks tomorrow.
