well, first of all, thanks for all the work put into StemGeeks.
imho:
"Should we make this change?"
definitely, 100%. StemGeeks has its own token, economy and it sounds reasonable to reward those who are closer to the community.
"What percentage 10% - 50%?"
I am for 50%.
"Where should those rewards go, null or community fund?"
I am for "...put them into a community fund that is used to reward STEMGeeks.net users".
I'd like to ask about
"The STEMGeeks team already has a significantly sized Bounty fund that is used for promotion, prizes, and hiring help."
--> "...and hiring help."
What do you mean by that?
Is it about
https://steemit.com/stemgeeks/@stemgeeks/bring-someone-posting-good-stem-content-to-stemgeeks-and-get-500-stem
"Bring someone posting good STEM content to STEMGeeks and get 500 STEM!"
"Find someone publishing quality content about Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math and get them to make a post on StemGeeks."
"If you successfully onboard a new user, "
My question is
How should one prove that it's he/she who brought the user to StemGeeks?
I'm currently a student at the leading university of my country and have a great opportunity to promote StemGeeks among other students and teachers.
thanks
