So in theory cards like the strix still have a small advantage because you can get a couple % more with overclocking/even just normal boosting because if your loop has any amount of rad area cooling 480W/500W wouldn't be a problem
The other differences between cards are their power delivery, component quality and essentially.. how overengineered they are
Oh and cooling system but.. yeah you're taking that off anyway
With evga you might have an easier time if you need to rma a card after you've opened it up.
