The first days of the new year ... I searched through my photo archive and found some pictures from a decade ago that stirred up my memories. These photos were taken on the square of a small Southern Ural town a week before New Year 2011.
As far as I remember, it was very cold that day — the air temperature was minus 30 degrees Celsius. About three hundred people gathered on the square. Several men launched fireworks. I took some pictures with my frozen hands and went home.
