Yeah I kinda wanted to experiment with fasting too, for convenience and to see if I could improve my health, but nothing I read really gave me the confidence that this would be ideal, for example that I could keep exercising and lifting and still perform the same. For example, I know for a fact that going out for a jog without having eaten breakfast, tires me a lot, I have to push much more. But having breakfast and then waiting 1 hour before going for a jog, makes the jog significantly easier. Getting all the calories I need in fewer sittings would also be quite hard, considering the kinds of meals I make.
