Heaven for mushrooms and heaven for the people who eat them! In my country, Cyprus, people look forward to these rainy seasons to go and gather mushrooms to bring home and make our national dishes! The tradition, though, is dying out, as fewer and fewer people know when and where to find them and how to tell them apart from non-edible varieties.
