About two days ago on August 18, 2022, when I came home from hunting mushrooms I passed a rice field road in Serbajaman Tunong village, North Aceh, Indonesia. And along the road on the outskirts of the rice fields there are many Stink Bugs that perch on wild plants.
Even some other types of insects such as butterflies and hoverfly are also there. It's just that the hot weather made me unable to stay there for long so I only took photos of Stink Bugs. And besides the reason for the hot weather during the day, it is also because these stink bugs are in the process of wanting to multiply their offspring. Of course it is an interesting moment to capture.
The stink bug I mean is Coreidae, of course, many people know that this insect has a characteristic that is to emit a foul-smelling liquid when it feels threatened.
And there I also photographed some baby bedbugs playing on one of the flowering wild plants. At first I thought they were a swarm of black ants, but when I got closer they turned out to be baby stink bugs playing. And here are some photos:
