"Weevils" are beetles belonging to the superfamily Curculionoidea, known for their elongated snouts. They are usually small, less than 6 mm in length, and herbivorous. About 97,000 species of weevils are known. They belong to several families, with most of them in the family Curculionidae.

When I was in the bush in the interior of the Meurah Mulia area, Aceh, Indonesia. I found a beetle that I have rarely seen before.

This is a new finding for me since I started my hobby of macrophotography. Since I rarely saw this type of beetle before, I was very enthusiastic about photographing it.
