Archaeologists in Spain have found in a 5000-year-old megalithic tomb a weapon from crystal.
They found a crystal blade of a dagger, 25 tips for arrows and a core for sling. The artifacts are perfectly preserved. Scientists believe that the crystal tips could be sacrificed on the altar.
The crystal weapon has the same shape as the silicon one. To make a crystal blade or tip was extremely difficult, archaeologists suppose. This weapon could belong only to the selected group of people.
The remains of one man and several women were found in the tomb. Before death, women drank poison.
