Why are you so concerned about this, upvotes for your posts? Does it make a big difference to the platform? Of course, every author considers their post to be of high quality, and therefore sees nothing wrong with voting for it. But I think it's not the author's upvote that determines the quality of the post on the platform, but the number of upvotes, by real people, not bots.
But to an even greater extent, in my opinion, the quality of a post is determined by the number and quality of comments on it. And that's something I would, somehow, add in regards to the financial evaluation of a post..
