National Park "Plescheevo Lake" is located in the Yaroslavl region of Russia. Its area is 51 square kilometers, the depth of the lake in places reaches 25 meters.
In the lake there are 16 species of fish - the most famous is the vendace
On the high bank of the lake there is an Orthodox cross. Once there was a church here, but it was broken and stones thrown down.
From the mountain you can see wonderful views of the fortress.
Nearby there are a lot of old temples - one of them is located on the opposite shore of the lake in Pereslavl-Zalessky.
