The best way to fix your problem is loggin in with PeakD with your active key (Obligated).

Clic here "PeakD Settings":

Clic on "Edit defaults":

Here will appear this, should appear here your 3 beneficiaries of the picture that you uploaded. You must to remove 1 per 1. Casually i have a account there that i will make the favour of removing the Beneficiaries. Check this:

The process will ask you again for the Hivesinger password. The Hivesinger password is created when you import your Hive account to PeakD using your HIVE private Active Key (You can use the Posting key but your account will no have any permission for do this task, so use the Active key).

And this form will appear again. Just clic on "Approve" for finish the process.

And ready, your Beneficiaries will dissapear. You have to do this process with all your 3 beneficiaries, because you can process only 1 per transaction:
