-Overinformation.

It doesn't seem easy to guess or know where to pay attention, we are all exposed to an infinity of crap, lies and distractions, even though today we have many accessible options to increase our knowledge and skills; I would like to share my experience in this topic and show the information I've been able to access.

First I want to make it clear that I am not an expert in pedagogy or education, everything I'm about to say will be what I have been able to assimilate and learn through my personal experience, specifically in the spanish public education system and e-learning.

At least here, we have a system that only rewards memorization, not making a change on that can have dire consequences but the worst thing is that they do not even teach you how to do it, they only reward it, in terms of memorization and processing we can not and must not compete against our creations, it is not the same to know how to do something than to understand it.

-Data management.

I believe the key lies in the handling and use of available information, attention is an asset and Internet is possessing it, it's a vast plain where is very easy to get lost, if you know how to use it well, it can be the world's library but you can make it whatever you want it to be, watch out.

About massive open online courses (MOOCs) and e-learning I have experimented with EDX and The National Distance Education University (UNED), in the first there are many courses with free and paid options, from the most famous universities in the world with very diverse topics, such as music, agriculture or programming languages to say some, a lot of basic information and very useful, the other one is the distance university of my country, present in 13 more, quite hard in my opinion and pretty well recognized, there are plenty of sites like those as coursera, lloof, easycoursesportal or khanacademy And sure there's more but I haven't tried them, everything would rely on how much ''officiality'' you want I guess, but if you really want to acquire the knowledge of any offered position it would not hurt to take a look. We are the enemy of our ignorance: expand a culture and you will bring one people to another, teach a language, it can avoid wars. Have a good learning.
