For the pixel art body I had to create the most similar shape I could, in order to adapt to what the structure of a crocodile's head would be like. Although I feel something horrible, but "trust the process."
Para el cuerpo del pixel art tuve que crear la forma más parecida que pueda, esto con el fin de poder adaptarme a como sería la estructura de la cabeza de un cocodrilo. Aunque me quedo algo horrible, pero "confíen en el proceso".
Here I focused on creating an image that is a little more stylized, and that also looks less chubby, which helps me generate a more serious image. I focused on creating the detail of the mouth and the style of clothing that the character wore, in this case a jacket style with a tie shirt.
Aquí me enfoqué en crear una imagen un poco más estilizada, y que además se ve menos regordete, lo cual me ayuda a generar una imagen más seria. Me enfoqué en crear el detallado de la boca y el estilo de vestimenta que usara el personaje, en este caso un estilo de chaqueta con camisa encorbatada.
Here I made corrections to the body to make it look more serious and have better volume. I added the soft lights to the character, which became the base color by focusing on them being the areas where there would be no shadows. For the hat I did it in a fade style to avoid the rounded shape.
Aquí realicé las correcciones en el cuerpo para hacerlo ver más serio y como mejor volumen. Agregue las luces suaves al personaje, los cuales se convirtieron en el color base al enfocarme en que sean las zonas donde no habría sombras. Para el sombrero lo hice con un estilo de desvanecimiento para evitar la forma redondeada.
I excelled with the lighting, I didn't want it to have too much because I opted for a more "mark what shines" style, and this is shown more in areas such as the shirt, the skin and the surface of the frontal areas. It was a bit tedious to make the light look not so much as a border, but as an element that gives a message.
Me lucí con la iluminación, no quise que tenga demasiado pues optaba por un estilo más de "marcar aquello que brilla", y esto se muestra más en zonas como la camisa, la piel y la superficie de las zonas frontales. Fue algo tedioso hacer que la luz no se vea tanto como un borde, sino como un elemento que da un mensaje.
