Although they look like small kangaroos, this animal is called a wallaby. They mainly differ in size amongst other things. You can find them all over Australia.
They are very sociable animals. You find them in a lot of places and they are not scared of humans. Obviously, they will not come to you like a dog, but unlike other wild animals, if you bring some food they will. In this last picture I actually got him looking at the camera because I was holding a piece of carrot over me, so it would be staring at it.
