The minimum bid must be at least 400 Steem for 1 month of delegation. (That's 80 Steem for every 5000 Steem Power delegated for 1 month). I've realized it's easier to set pricing by using Steem instead of Steem Dollars since the price of Steem fluctuates in sync with the value of the Steem Power you're borrowing.
