Today I would like us to take some time to see the theme of the spiritual garments. How much attention is given to physical or visible clothing? Who does not like to be well dressed and combined? But there are spiritual garments which we decide to use every day and we do not realize it. Today I would like us to see the importance of this topic.
Accompany me to Revelation 3:18 where Jesus speaks to the Church of Laodicea about their spiritual nakedness.
"Therefore I advise you to buy from me gold refined in fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments to wear, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be discovered; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. "This church had fallen into the grave error of not dressing. It means that in the spiritual we can be dressed as well as naked. In Matthew 22:11 "And the king went in to see the guests, and there he saw a man who was not wearing a wedding garment." This verse clarifies that they are going to inspect changing rooms in heaven, it also tells us that there is a changing room specific that will be sued.
In Revelation 7:14 we are shown another group of People who are going to wash their garments in the Great Tribulation. "14I told him: Lord, you know it. And he said to me: These are they that have come out of the great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. "
So let's look at the different groups that we now have:
-The ones who are dressed in disapproved clothes
-The ones who are dressed in approved garments
-Nudos
-The ones who clean their clothes IN THE TRIBULATION
Remember brother that maybe you are still working with some old clothes that you have not been able to remove as the lack of forgiveness, bitterness, lies. etc.
But it is extremely important that you take this step and get rid of this kind of garment once and for all.
Do not remain naked... Get dressed in the garments that are being given to you and continue to clean your clothes until Christ returns. I leave you with this verse:
Revelation 16:15 (Behold, I come as a thief: Blessed is he who watches and keeps his clothes, lest he go naked and see his shame.)
