Components

Joplin is a free, open source note taking and to-do application, which can handle a large number of notes organised into notebooks. The notes are searchable, can be copied, tagged and modified either from the applications directly or from your own text editor. The notes are in Markdown format.

Notes exported from Evernote via .enex files can be imported into Joplin, including the formatted content (which is converted to Markdown), resources (images, attachments, etc.) and complete metadata (geolocation, updated time, created time, etc.).

Proposal

I would like to suggest that this app developer consider the above suggestions and add a reminder feature to the Standard notes so that users can set up these reminders in another to remind them of an article or event they think will be present at any given time. . This should be developed at a distance so that every note or article written by the user has this feature then he can decide to give a reminder to him.

Mockups / Examples

the display below is a photo like my suggestion where the feature is in the show

Benefits

This will attract more users as it will help them keep tap on upcoming and important events. Often times, people uses notes to write article on event dates such as birth dates, traveling dates and anniversary Etc. This will help notify them through a reminder alarm that they have an important event.
