Dacryopinax spathularia or more commonly known as the orange jelly mushroom is not an ordinary mushroom; it is a "Buddha's delight" mushroom. Yup, in China, this mushroom is often used as one of the ingredients in a vegetable menu called "Buddha's delight" or "Buddhist cuisine". It sure is delicious!
