Monomad: After the Rain Stops

Here is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge, hosted and curated by @monochromes.

This morning it was raining so hard that you could hear a very loud noise coming from the tin roof of the house. It was the rain we had been waiting for, and the first time this month.

Yes, for the last month the weather has been very hot, so the grass in my yard has turned yellow because of the drought. Not only us, the plants also certainly rejoice in greeting the rain.
