Yesterday I saw a green praying mantis (Mantodea) in my yard. He danced on the starfruit tree trunk. He was quite docile when I approached him, bright green, he was as big as my little finger. Since his wings are too short, I'm sure he can't fly.
When I took his pictures, the gesture he showed was as if he understood I was shooting him. He poses like a model with his adorable behavior. This is the tamest insect I have ever seen.
