Female Heavy Jumping Spider (Hyllus diardi)

I thought that day was my lucky day when I decided to walk in the mangroves. Beyond expectation, I found a heavy jumping spider there. I have found this kind of spider in the woods in the past. But that time nature led me to see it in the mangroves. That's why I felt lucky.

So hairy, light brown, chubby, and gorgeous, these characteristics indicate that it is a female Hyllus diardi (Walckenaer, 1837). The vegetation along the Meuraksa River allows heavy jumping spiders and some species of Salticidae to adapt and breed there, even in an environment with salty, humid air.
