Among all the points suggested, I could only agree and elaborate on the following points;
Steem needs better marketing and hype.
Newcomers do not get enough rewards.
Good content does not get enough reward.
There is not enough interaction on posts.
Flag wars are scaring people away.
There is a lot to talk about as far as this topic is concerned but I hope these points made sense to you as well.
