What is more profitable staking or converting?

Greetings friends!

I am staking HBD whenever I get it from my posts as reward. I also sell HBD when hive price is low. But purchasing hive through HBD has a downside as I can't get 15% interest on it. According to you what is more profitable?

• Staking.

• Converting to Hive.

• A mix of strategy i.e. buying and staking.
