It's a disease and it has become a huge and major health problem all over the world.anyone can suffer from it in a couple of days and also it can effect any organ of our body.it damages the all working cells and immune system of our body.and at last these cells divide and convert in to a TUMORS.

- GENETIC CANCER:-as you know very well people get this from her/his parents and grandparents.Ovarian and Breast cancer are common examples of genetic cancer.it is also called Inherited cancer.
- BACTERIAL INFECTION:-bacterial and viral infection are also cause of may types of cancer like liver cancer,breast cancer,brain cancer,bone cancer,HVP infections is also cause of helicobacter pylari infection and cervical cancer.
- HOMONAL CHANGES:-uterine cancer is also arise through the changes in the level of harmones in female body.it also happen through the increasment in the level of estrogen.
- CANCER -CAUSING FOODS:-unhealthy food and food inject with harmful chemicals,toxins,pesticides and preservatives are also arise different type of cancers.
- IMMUNE SYSTEM DYSFUCTION:-HIV infections are also generate anal and cervical cancers.

. Spend more time in nature.go for a walk and spend time in plants and grass and daily go for a walk in morning on the grass by bared feet.
. Sit silently ,close your eyes,and just notice your breathe 5-10 mins.and breathe slowly.
. Do exercise daily in morning.it should be part of your daily normal routine.no needa do something extreme
. Keep attitude of grattitude tell someone how much you appreciate them, we all have something to be thankful.
. Take healthy food and fresh water,take more fruits and green vegetables.avoid junk foods , fried and oily foods.
