Well to be honest I never saw something like that I mean whenever we make fish we just directly fry that and looking at your post I mean you did some really good things with that so yes that is a Worth trying but I don't know if I will make it as clean as you did it maybe that is because you have been making it for a long time well that is my assumption but yeah it really looks nice to me
