Jakarta - The Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (CoFTRA) of the Ministry of Trade is reportedly currently drafting a number of policies in order to finalize the Digital Futures Exchange (DFX) as an official crypto exchange in Indonesia.
The target for the launch of the crypto exchange itself was originally planned to launch at the end of 2021 but failed to be achieved. However, based on the latest targets, it is estimated that the Indonesian crypto exchange will launch in the 1st quarter of 2022, namely at the end of March 2022.
Chairman of the Indonesian Crypto Asset Traders Association (Aspakrindo) and COO of Tokocrypto, Teguh Kurniawan Harmanda, said that so far the association and friends of crypto asset traders have all supported the presence of crypto exchanges in Indonesia.
