Today is Ganesh Chaturthi, a festival celebrated all over India with the arrival of Ganpati/Ganesha to Earth from Kailash Parvat with his mother Parvati ๐ŸŒ
Ganesh visit's earth for 10 Days during which devotees perform 'Puja/Aarti' everyday and then on the last day send him off by letting him go in a Water Body ๐ŸŒ…

I am an Atheist ๐Ÿ˜… but my family members are staunch believer's of this God and hence we have this deity made of Mud in our house too ๐Ÿก

Ofcourse this year because of the CoVid 19 Pandemic public Celebrations have been banned and people can only celebrate the festival in their homes; else, every year People throng in thousands & millions just to see a glimpse of their favourite 'Murti' installed on the Roads in 'Pandals' ๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿป
It's like a competition as to who can decorate their Pandal the best ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿป๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿป
