Sorry for the newb question, but when were these cards dropped? I see the % printed, but curious to back into the daily print rate. Certainly it will fluctuate based on user base, rewards, etc, but would be curious. Would be also interesting to compare the print rate to other cards. Would be happy to put something togther, just not sure how to find out the date the cards started printing.
