# ENGLISH CONTENT
Hello to all members of this community and collage lovers! Unlike past rounds, this time I found out about the [contest ](https://peakd.com/hive-174695/@lmac/lets-make-a-collage-a-contest-for-all-creatives-on-hive-round-250-38-hive-in-the-prize-pool)well in advance. Unfortunately, I couldn't create my collage right away, as I was in the middle of preparing for my trip, and between one thing and another, I ended up finishing it just hours before the contest closed. It's not something I particularly enjoy doing, and I could have let it go, but I really liked how the idea was going, so I kept at it until it was finished.

At first, I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted, other than something colorful with a Dreamcore aesthetic, which is one of my favorites. Since I couldn't think of a theme to work with (having an initial theme helps me know where to take the collage), I let the collage itself "guide" me. That way, I selected images and positioned them where I thought best. I did, however, think of the lighthouse as the horse's "goal" or what showed it the way.

Since I found out that this year, according to the Chinese horoscope, is the Year of the Horse, I like to think it's my year, haha, so I try to be positive about my projects. Even so, to stay afloat, we need incentives and motivation, just like the "sugar cube" for the horses. We are free to choose whether to have ambitions or simply let life carry us along without any goals. I was thinking about that and ended up turning the image into a scene where the protagonist has to decide whether to take the incentive or leave it behind.
I'll assume all this also came about because my mind is tired, haha, that was probably it, but even so, I liked the result; it helped clear my head quite a bit. By the way, I used **Photoshop** to create the collage.

# CONTENIDO EN ESPAÑOL
¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de los collages! A diferencia de rondas pasadas, esta vez me enteré con tiempo del [concurso](https://peakd.com/hive-174695/@lmac/lets-make-a-collage-a-contest-for-all-creatives-on-hive-round-250-38-hive-in-the-prize-pool). Lamentablemente, no pude elaborar mi collage en el mismo momento, dado que estaba en plenos preparativos para mi viaje y entre una cosa y otra, acabé por elaborar mi collage con apenas unas horas de que cerrarse el concurso... No es algo que me guste hacer, la verdad y podía haberlo dejado pasar, pero me gustó mucho como iba la idea, así que continué hasta que estuvo listo:

Al principio, no tenía una imagen clara de lo que quería, más que deseaba algo colorido y con estética *Dreamcore*, que es de mis favoritas. Como no se me ocurrió ningún tema con el cual trabajar (tener un tema inicial, me ayuda a saber hacia dónde dirigir el collage), dejé que el propio collage me "guiase". De ese modo, iba seleccionando imágenes y posicionándolas dónde mejor me parecía. Eso sí, pensaba en el faro como "la meta" del caballo o aquello que le indicaba el camino.

Desde que me enteré que este año, según el horóscopo chino, es el año del caballo, me gusta pensar que es mi año jaja así que trato de ser positiva en mis proyectos. Aún así, para poder mantenernos a flote, necesitamos incentivos y motivaciones, así como "el cubo de azúcar" para los caballos. Somos libres de escoger si decidimos tener ambiciones o simplemente dejarnos llevar por la vida sin alguna meta. Pensaba en eso y acabé por convertir la imagen en una escena dónde el protagonista tiene que decidir si toma el incentivo o lo deja atrás.
Asumiré que todo esto surgió también porque tengo la mente cansada jaja probablemente fue por eso, pero aún así, me gustó el resultado, ayudó bastante a despejarme. Por cierto, utilicé el programa **Photoshop** para la elaboración del collage.
