I don't see any awareness of whales that are buying solely to promo card flip and block others which is an abuse of the system.

Cards/packs are an essential to this game. In the real world what happens to people that hoard essentials and price gouge when there is a scarcity due to a natural disaster or similar? They get dealt with by the law.

Pre-sale will see them buying to promo card flip at a very nice profit and sell packs at just under price afterwards because they got the purchase credits for future airdrops and the additional bonus packs.
End of pack inventory (last 5 to 10%) will see them buy up as many packs as possible and then sell them for like 5X or whatever creating an artificial scarcity, just like they did with untamed and dice - they are going to do it with CL and RW too.

Why can't we have purchase throttling towards the last 10% or 5% of RW and CL?
Why can't we have also a separated section for guild and group buys prior to presales (listing participants by player name) so you can see that they are legit and not trying to sneak by to hoard and price gouge and you can properly gauge/organize the live presale traffic?
