.... On the switch... the perspective here is that no one has the right to rule over another and no one has the right to delegate a ruler over someone else. Just as much as saying, I can't make you my slave nor can I make someone be your slave master. We will delegate that right to being a reference to authority(The legitimate right to rule/enslave another). A right that no one has.

If that right is legitimate in any way, how is it done then?
