This one is from Kaleidoscope Patterns book.
Having a black page to color I find that makes
the colors stand out so much more...
In this one I used only 3 shades of highlighters
and a glitter gel pen over the blue.
If you look hard enough you might be able to
see some of the glitter but it looks awesome
under natural or artificial light.
