the last anime which left a strong impression on me was MDZS. Master of demonic Cultivation. It is an chinese anime, but it is brilliant and I love it. It's thrilling, mysterious, hilarious and brilliantly animated with a amazing story based on a light novel. but it is not everybodies cup of tea since it is settled in a wuxian/wuxia world. Basically chinese middle earth phantasy world :D with demons and zombies, necromancers and swordfighters. If you are open to new stuff, feel free to check it out :D episodes used to be all free available on youtube, but now tencent made them subscription only so I would recommend gogoanime or kissanime to watch it... 🤣
