Error When connection (SASL authentication failed using mechanisme PLAN) In the Yaxim app

Expected behavior

To chat in Yaxim, Connection is needed to connect to chat. However, an error has occurred, it needs to be repaired again for the application to return optimally.

Real behavior

After logging in and adding friends, after a few minutes the app loses connection. And I have tried to reconnect, but the result remains the same. Below is a view that appears after connecting again.
